I was just poking through my Steam groups on one of the few occasions I actually sign into the thing, and ended up here, so I thought I'd sign up to the forums again and say hi.
I spent the latter half of last year recovering from open heart surgery to have a birth defect corrected, I found out in 2008 that I had a rather impressive hole in my heart that made me incredibly crap at sports and anything more strenous than running further than a few yards. Horrific picture of my scar is over in the "What the hell do you look like?" thread if anyone's interested
I'm not sure if I'll be rejoining you guys for gaming as my PC is currently woefully underpowered for such things, I can only just get a decent game of the original Dawn of War out of it, and even then it struggles (I've actually abandoned my desktop PC and use a laptop now, I barely play games on PC anymore). I currently spend most of my time playing on the 360, and slowly painting up my many Warhammer 40,000 armies (I've become horribly addicted to Games Workshop plastic crack, I've just started my 6th army, Tyranids, possible photos to be posted later).
I'm weighing up the possibility of spending my yearly bonus this year on setting up a decent PC to play games on, so watch this space for a possible full return from me later this year. In the meantime, I'll be occasionly posting random rubbish and photos of my 40K stuff for people to nosey at.
If anyone fancies a bash at any games on the 360 with me, I can be found on the gamertag: "HerrDusty", probably playing AvP, Modern Warfare 2, BF: Bad Company 2, and occasionly Forza 3, among other games.
